Creamy Pumpkin Soup

INGREDIENTS
1 package (14 oz.)House Premium or Organic Tofu Soft
2 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
2 whole roasted peppers in oil and vinegar
Whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
Blend Tofu, chicken broth, pumpkin and
peppers in a blender or food processor
until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium
sauce pan and heat until mixture is
thoroughly heated. Serve hot, topped with
a dollop of whipped cream.
