Asian Beef Noodle Soup

Directions

Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles. Pat dry. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave noodles for 2 minutes. Drain excess liquid and thoroughly pat dry. Roughly cut noodles and place in a crock pot.
Season beef with salt and pepper, and add to the crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and cook on high for 3 - 4 hours or on low for 7 - 8 hours, until beef is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
