Rinse and drain shirataki noodles well. Pat dry. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 1 minute. Drain excess liquid. Dry as thoroughly as possible, using paper towels. Cut noodles up a bit.

Break cheese wedges into pieces and add to the noodles along with Parm-style topping. Microwave for 1 minute, and then stir thoroughly. Set aside.

Microwave vegetables in separate microwave-safe bowl until warm. Drain any excess liquid. Add to noodles along with hot sauce, and mix well. Microwave for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then enjoy!
