Directions

Process tofu and milk for 2 mins in a blender or food processor, blend in pudding mix until smooth, set aside. Arrange banana slices in bottom of pie crust. Pour mixture over sliced bananas and chill 20 minutes (or longer). Drizzle hot caramel sauce over each slice before serving.

Note:
For individual pies, line custard cups with reduced-fat graham crackers.
