Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Divide batter into three 4oz. ramekins. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let them completely cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

6 oz. House Foods Premium or Organic Tofu Medium Firm
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 of a very ripe banana
1/2 Tbsp potato starch
1 tsp cinnamon
