Happy Tofu Cake

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F degrees
Lightly spread butter on cake pan and store pan in refrigerator.
Once butter becomes solid, dust with chocolate cake mix. Remove any excess chocolate cake mix from pan set aside.

1.Add Tofu, eggs, and milk to a food processor. Mix until batter is smooth.
2.Sift chocolate cake mix into a large bowl. Using a rubber spatula, add Tofu batter and mix well.
3.Add chocolate cake/Tofu mixture into the prepared cake pan. Bake in oven for 40~45 minutes until the cake is cooked through.
4.Remove cake pan from oven, and transfer cake onto a wire rack. Set aside until the cake cools.
5.Decorate cake with whipped cream and fruits.
Serve Immediately

2 cups - your favorite chocolate cake mix (use 1 box, plus part of a second box)
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp milk

1 cup frozen whipped cream, thawed
Optional: strawberries, canned peaches, blueberries, bananas or oranges for decoration
