Lite Seafood Noodle Soup

Prepare noodles according to package directions, below. Cut into 2-3 inch lengths and set aside.
Combine clam broth, white wine, green onions and crab meat in a 3 quart saucepan, bring slowly to a gentle simmer.
Add broccoli and mushrooms, bring back to simmer. Add flaked Krab meat, noodles, shrimp and pepper. Simmer 3 minutes.
Taste for seasoning. Stir in cilantro and serve.

1 x 8 oz pkg of House Tofu Shirataki Noodles
2 cups clam broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp green onions or scallions, chopped
1 can (6 oz) crab meat, not drained
4 oz broccoli florettes
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can (4 oz) Shiitake mushrooms, sliced, not drained
1 cup imitation Krab meat, flake style
3/4 cup cooked, shelled shrimp, medium size
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
