Rich Chocolate Tofu Pudding

Directions

Open the tofu package and strain water.
Remove tofu from package and blend in blender until smooth.
With the stove on low or simmer, melt the chocolate-chips and milk in a pot stirring until smooth.
Add in tofu mixture and stir until it is blended with the chocolate.
Stir in vanilla, cinnamon (and cardamom).
Quickly remove from heat, cool and serve.

Note:
Note: for a smoother texture serve right away. Once the pudding has a chance to cool in the fridge it will thicken and become more like mousse.
