Shirataki Kale Salad

1. Rinse, drain, and cut noodles into manageable lengths.
2. Wash kale and remove stems, tear into bite size pieces.
In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, chili, garlic and Braggs Aminos.
3. In a large bowl add kale, cranberries, noodles and dresing. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

1 (8oz.) pkg House Foods Traditional Shirataki or Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti Shaped Noodle Substitute
3 stalks curly kale
1 handful dried cranberries
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 serrano chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Braggs Aminos
Juice of 1-2 limes
