Place tofu between several layers of paper towels. Press hard to squeeze out moisture. Place ground turkey and crumbled tofu into a large nonstick skillet.
Cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes or until turkey is crumbled, no longer pink, and tofu browns. Blend in seasoning, water and tomato paste. Bring to a boil; reduced heat to low and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Divided meat mixture into 4 large portions or 8 small portions. Serve on hamburger buns for bigger appetites and Hawaiian rolls for smaller appetites.
SUGGESTION: Cut remaining half of tofu into
1/4 - inch cubes; add to favorite soup and heat through. Serve alone or along with a Sloppy Tom sandwich for a delicious soup and sandwich combo.
