1.Wrap Tofu in paper towels and press to remove all excess water. Transfer Tofu to a large bowl.
2.Add bread crumbs, turkey, onion, egg, salt and black pepper to Tofu. Mix well with a whisk or potato masher. Divide the mixture into 16 portions and form into balls.
3.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cook meatballs until golden brown. Add ketchup and water. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until meatballs are cooked through.
4.Insert 4 meatballs into a hot dog bun. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and green bell pepper.
Optional: Lightly heat in toaster oven. Serve warm.

1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg

1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
4 tsp grated Parmesean cheese
4 Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp water
4 hot dog buns
Optional: pickles, potato chips
