Thai Style Peanut Dip

Directions

Place all ingredients, except peanut butter and hot pepper sauce, in a bowl and beat together until smooth and blended.

Stir in the peanut butter and add pepper sauce to taste.

Cover and set aside for 1 hour (can be chilled overnight, but remove 1 hour before serving).

Serve with shrimp, chicken kabobs and vegetables.
