Directions

1. Mix turna in soy sauce and wasabi.
2. Blend all the ingredients for dressing in a food processor until smooth.
3. Mix all the vegetables, tuna, and Tofu in a bowl. Pour dressing over mixture and toss. Serve chilled.

1/2 pkg (7 oz) House Premium or Organic Tofu, Soft, diced into 1/2-inch pieces
10 oz fresh tune, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp House Wasabi Paste
1 medium avocado, diced into bite-size pieces
7 oz string beans, parboiled and cut into 2-inch lengths
1 medium tomato, dices
7 oz arugula, washed and dried

Dressing:
1/2 tsp House Ume Shiso (plum) Paste
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Yamaimo (Japanese mountain yam), grated
1/2 tsp light-colored soy sauce
