Tofu Mango Black Bean Salsa

1. Combine mango, red onion, black beans, cilantro and jalapeno in a medium bowl.
2. Add Tofu, and squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
3. Mix well, add salt and pepper.
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled

1. Combinar el mango, cebolla roja, frejoles negros, cilantro y el chile jalapeno en un tazón mediano.
2. Agregar Tofu y expirimir jugo de limón encima de la mezcla.
3. Mezcla bien, agregar sal y pimienta.
4. Cubrir y refrigerar hasta que sea servido. Serva frio.

1 large mango, diced
1/3 cup red onion, diced
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

1 paquete de House Foods Super Firm o Extra Firm Tofu, escurrido y cortado en cubos.
1 mango largo, cortado en cubos
1/3 de taza de cebolla roja, cortada en cubos
1 taza de frejoles negros, escurridos y lavados
1/4 de taza de cilantro fresco picado
1 chile jalepeno, finamente picado con semillas
Jugo de 1 limón
Sal y pimienta al gusto
