Tofu Nuggets

Directions

Cut Tofu into bite size pieces. Marinade Tofu in soy sauce for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain excess soy sauce on paper towels.

Toss in cornstarch, dip in beaten egg, and toss in shredded cheese. Shake off excess cheese.

Melt butter in a medium pan. Saute Tofu about 3 minutes on both sides until tender. Garnish with lemon. Serve with mustard for dipping
