Tofu Salisbury Steak

Directions

Crumble tofu and put in med-size bowl. Add shiitake mushroom, ground chicken, all condiments, sesame oil and mix well. Shape like hamburger patties and lightly flour them.


In large pan, heat vegetable oil and cook tofu patties. First brown one side, turn it and cook the other side. Serve warm.
