Tofu Vegetable Fritter

Directions

1. Wrap Tofu in paper towels or cloth and press for 30 mins. to remove excess moisture. For faster process, carefully place a weight on top of Tofu.
2. Blend Tofu, egg, flour, Yamaimo and salt in a blender until smooth.
3. Pour Tofu mixture into a bowl and add all the vegetables and sesame seeds.
4. Heat oil to 320F in a skillet. Shape Tofu-vegetable mixture into 2-inch balls or patties and fry them until golden brown. Serve warm with soy sauce and wasabi (optional).
