Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles. Thoroughly pat dry.
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until onion has softened, about 3 minutes.
Add noodles and all remaining ingredients, breaking the cheese wedge into pieces. Cook and stir until noodles are hot and cheese has melted, mixed with sauce, and coated noodles, about 3 minutes. EAT!

1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes or quartered cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
Dash each salt and black pepper, or more to taste
1/3 cup low-fat marinara sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp. reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping
1 wedge The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese
