INGREDIENTS:
 
  1 x 8 oz. package of House Tofu Shirataki Noodles
  1 quart chicken broth, low sodium
  4 cups frozen Asian blend vegetables
  2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger (optional)
  2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1-inch chunks
  ½ cup chopped parsley
  salt and pepper to taste

PREP TIME: 10 minutes         COOK TIME: 10 minutes
   
DIRECTIONS:
 


Prepare noodles according to package directions, below. Cut into 2-3 inch lengths, set aside.

Place broth, vegetables and chopped ginger in a 3-4 quart saucepan, bring slowly up to a gentle simmer. Add chicken, continue cooking 5 minutes.

Stir in noodles, simmer 3 minutes.

Add chopped parsley.

Taste for seasoning and serve.
