Tbsp. Miso (soybean paste) |

tsp. Ajinomoto Hondashi (Bonito Soup Stock) |

DIRECTIONS:

In
a medium saucepan, boil water. Add cubed tofu and cook for a minute.
Into the saucepan, add Hondashi and miso. Mix miso until dissolved
throughly (avoid breaking tofu). Add green onions. Serve hot. |
