INGREDIENTS:

  1 1/2 Package House Tofu Steak Original  
  1 Cup Mayonnaise  
  1/2 Tsp. Tomato Paste  
  1 Tsp. Tomato Ketchup
  2 oz. Basil Leaves  
  1 Tbs. Olive Oil  
  1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard  
  1 Tbs. Salt

Hearty and Healthy Tofu Steak.

Tofu Steak
DIRECTIONS:
   


 
  Cut Tofu in half to make triangular shapes. Drain water out of Tofu well. Combine 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 tsp salt, tomato paste and ketchup. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 tsp salt and mustard well. In a blender, add cleaned basil leaves and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Add 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1/3 tsp salt in the blender, and mix well. Coat the tofu as pictured with each of the 3 flavored mayonnaises. Bake in the preheated oven at 450°F for about 10 minutes or until sizzling.
