INGREDIENTS:

  1 Package House Tofu Steak Garlic & Pepper  
  1/2 lbs White mushroom  
  1/2 lbs Shiitake Mushroom  
  1/2 lbs Oyster Mushroom
  1 Tsp Garlic, Minced  
  2 TbsShallot, Minced  
  1/2 cup White Wine  
  1 cup White Chicken stock  
  3 Tbs Butter  
  2 Tbs Soy Sauce  
  1 Tbs Vegetable Oil  
  Italian Parsley, For Garnish

DIRECTIONS:
   
   
  Cut mushroom in small pieces. In sauté pan, melt 2 tbs butter, then add shallot and garlic to cook, 3-4 mins. Add mushroom, stir well and cook, about 5-8 mins. Add white wine and let it cook till almost dry.

Set aside. In high heated sauté pan, pour oil then add Tofu. Cook Tofu until golden brown on both sides. Add chicken stock, soy sauce and mushroom in the same pan. Cook until the sauce is reduced to half (about 10 mins.) Add butter & mix well.

Place Tofu in the center of plate, then pour mushroom sauce over. Garnish with Italian parsley.
