Tbsp. diced jalapeño peppers (or to taste) |

cup Mexican blend shredded cheese |

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium bowl blend together the Tofu, onion soup mix and salad
dressing until smooth.
Stir in peppers, cheese and cilantro.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Garnish with a few jalapeños and cilantro. Serve with crisp
tortilla chips and vegetables.
