INGREDIENTS:
 
1 x 12 oz. package House Premium Tofu Extra Soft
1 ½ cups guava juice
1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
2 cups fresh fruit in bite-sized pieces
(whole raspberries, whole grapes, sliced or
whole strawberries, cut melon, etc.)
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted (optional)

Prep time: 20 Minutes
Chill time: 1 Hour
   
DIRECTIONS:
 


Combine the first 6 ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Place in a covered container and chill for at least 1 hour.

Prepare fruit and chill, covered.

To serve, pour fruit soup base into a chilled glass bowl or individual dishes, add fruit.

Garnish with toasted almonds if desired. Try with other combinations of fresh or canned fruits. Serve as a starter or for
