INGREDIENTS:
 
  1 (8 oz.) package of House Tofu Shirataki Noodle Shape
  4 large Portobello mushrooms, rinsed and dried
  1/4 cup olive oil*
  1/3 cup each silvered red, yellow and green peppers
  1/2 cup bean sprouts
  1/3 cup Asian style salad dressing

PREP TIME: 20 minutes         COOK TIME: 20 minutes
   
DIRECTIONS:
 


Prepare noodles according to package directions below. Cut in 3 to 4-inch lengths.

In non-stick skillet, toss noodles over medium-high heat until dry.

Add peppers, cook 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and dressing. Keep warm.

Brush both sides of mushrooms with olive oil. Broil skin-side up 3 minutes. Turn, brush insides with more oil. Broil 3 minutes.

Arrange mushrooms on individual plates. Place noodle mixture on top. Glaze with extra dressing if desired.

Serve warm as an appetizer, a first course, or an accompaniment to grilled meats or fish.
