Prepare noodles according to package directions below. Cut in 3 to 4-inch lengths. Set aside.
In saucepan, heat oil, brown turkey with chili seasoning over medium high heat.
Add tomatoes and corn, including liquids. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in noodles, simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with onions, cheese and sour cream in separate bowls.
