INGREDIENTS:
 
  1 (8 oz.) packages of House Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Shape
  1 (10 oz.) package frozen low-fat creamed spinach, (thawed)
  1/2 cup canned sliced mushrooms, (drained)
  1/2 cup canned water chesnuts (drained), chopped
  1/2 cup canned french-fried onions
  1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs with cheese
   
TOPPING:
  2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs with cheese
  2 Tbsp. canned french-fried onions
   
MAKES FOUR SERVINGS
   
PREP TIME: 15 minutes         COOK TIME: 35 minutes
   
DIRECTIONS:
 


Preheat oven to 350°.

Prepare noodles according to package directions below.

In non-stick, skillet, toss noodles over medium high heat until dry. Set aside.

In a bowl combine spinach, mushrooms, water chesnuts, onions and cheese. Fold in noodles.

Lighly grase a 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. bread crumbas over base.

Spread spinach noodle mixture in dish.

Top with bread crumbs and onions.

Bake 35 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.
