  Tofu Steak Potato Salad   To Recipe List
   
INGREDIENTS:

  1 (19 oz.) package House Tofu Steak Original, drained  
  2 cups mashed potato flakes  
  1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream  
  4 green onions, chopped
  1/2 red bell pepper, chopped  
  2 bacon slices  
  Salt and pepper to taste

For this recipe use House Tofu Steak Original



DIRECTIONS:
   

 
 
Mash Tofu in a bowl and heat in microwave on high power for 1 minute.

Add mashed potato flakes and mix with salt and pepper.

Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces and heat in microwave on high power for 2 minutes until crispy.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, and add red bell pepper and bacon. Garnish with pepper or paprika. Chill and serve.
