(19 oz.) package House Tofu Steak Chili & Onion, drained |

cup your favorite salsa |
|
| |

green onions, chopped |
|
| |

Tomato, chopped |
| |

Tbsp. flour (to coat) |

Tbsp. Olive Oil |
|

Slice Tofu into bite size pieces. Coat Tofu with flour. Add olive oil to a pan and saute Tofu until golden brown.
In a deep pan, add salsa and tomato, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes
Pour the salsa mixture over the Tofu. Garnish with green onions. Serve warm.
