  Tofu Steak Sandwich   To Recipe List
   
INGREDIENTS:

  1 (19 oz.) Package House Tofu Steak Garlic & Pepper, drained  
  12 slices wheat bread  
  3 slices of tomato  
  1/2 English cucumber, sliced
  5-6 lettuce leaves  
  1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce  
  1 Tbsp. vegetable oil  
  2/3 cup mayonnaise  
  1 tsp. sesame oil

PREP TIME: 5 minutes         COOK TIME: 5 minutes

For this recipe use House Tofu Steak Garlic & Pepper



DIRECTIONS:
   

 
 
Slice Tofu horizontally into three places. Marinade Tofu in Teriyaki sauce for 3 to 5 minutes.

Mix mayonnaise and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside.

Add vegetable oil into a pan and cook marinated Togu for 3 minutes.

Spread mayonnaise and sesame oil mixture on one side of each piece of sliced bread. Then place lettuce, tomato and cucumber and Tofu onto the bread sliced and cover with remaining bread slices. Serve immediately.
