  Tofu Steak with Teriyaki Butter Sauce   To Recipe List
   
INGREDIENTS:

  1 (19 oz.) package House Tofu Steak Garlic & Pepper  
  4 green onion, slivered  
  2 Tbsp. vegetable oil  
  2 tsp. butter
  4 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce  
  3 Tbsp. flour (to coat)

PREP TIME: 10 minutes         COOK TIME: 10 minutes

For this recipe use House Tofu Steak Garlic & Pepper



DIRECTIONS:
   

 
  FOR TOFU STEAK:
Slice Tofu into bite size pieces and coat with flour. Add vegetable oil to a saute pan and saute Tofu until golden brown. Place Tofu on a plate. Set aside.

Put slivered green onions in a bowl of water.

FOR TERIYAKI BUTTER SAUCE:
In the saute pan, add butter and teriyaki sauce and cook until sauce thickens.

Pour sauce over the Tofu and garnish with the drained green onions. Serve warm.
