package House Tofu Steak Original, drained

cup black olives, chopped

cup green onions, chopped
Seasonings:

cup tomato paste

cup egg-less mayonnaise or regular mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:
1)
Place Tofu between several layers of paper towels, and
squeeze out all excess moisture.
2) In a food processor, add Tofu and all ingredients for seasonings.
Mix until smooth.
3) In a medium size bowl, transfer Tofu and seasoning mixture. Add olives
and green onions and mix. Serve as a spread for crackers or vegetables
or serve as a sandwich spread.
