Cooking Directions

  • Place the packet of acai under hot water according to pacakge directions to slightly defrost.
  • In a blender, place acai, tofu, strawberry, banana, and juice and blend until thick and smooth.
  • Transfer into bowl. Drizzle with honey. Top with granola, banana, fresh berries, or whatever you desire. Enjoy!
