Chicken Noodle Soup

All the ingredients of the classic chicken noodle soup made with our low calorie, gluten-free noodles.

Cooking Directions

  • Prepare noodles according to package directions, below. Cut into 2-3 inch lengths, set aside.
  • In a large pot bring chicken broth to boil. Add carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked through.
  • Add chicken and Tofu Shirataki noodles and cook an additional 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper and stir. Serve hot.


  • 2 pkgs. of House Smart Noodle or Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti
  • 1½ cups cooked chicken, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 quart chicken broth, low sodium
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
