Chips & Dip Tofu Charcuterie Board (Vegan)

We’re big fans of big flavors, unique textures, and more importantly, versatility - which is what charcuterie boards are all about. That’s why we’ve partnered with best-selling author and food stylist Marissa Mullen of @ThatCheesePlate to create tofu charcuterie boards this holiday season. Cooking Directions

Tofu Queso

  • Blend until smooth
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender

Tofu Chorizo

  • In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, adobo sauce, and spices
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering
  • Add seasoned tofu crumbles and sautee for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and crispy

Crispy Tofu Crackers

  • Heat oven to 400F
  • Thinly slice the tofu into 1/8 inch strips
  • Coat evenly with a light layer of kosher salt
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the tofu is golden brown and crispy

Spinach + Olive Tofu Dip

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed

Tofu Ranch Dip

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
  • Blend until smooth

Chips & Dip Tofu Charcuterie Board (Vegan)

  • Cheese: Tofu Queso using House Foods Organic Soft Tofu
  • ‘Meat’: Tofu Chorizo using House Foods Organic Firm Tofu
  • Produce: Cucumbers, Celery, Watermelon Radishes, Carrots
  • Crunch: Crispy Tofu Crackers using House Foods’ Organic Extra Firm Tofu, Potato Chips, Tortilla Chips
  • Dip: Spinach + Olive Tofu Dip and Tofu Ranch Dip using House Foods Organic Soft Tofu
  • Garnish: Fresh Cilantro

Tofu Queso

  • 1 package of House Foods America Soft Tofu
  • 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Frank’s Red Hot
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • Generous amount of salt and fresh black pepper to taste

Tofu Chorizo

  • 1 package of House Foods America Firm Tofu, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon of adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Crispy Tofu Crackers

  • ½ package of House Foods America Extra-Firm Tofu
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt

Spinach + Olive Tofu Dip

  • 1 package of House Foods America Soft Tofu
  • ½ cup of spinach, steamed
  • ¼ cup of pitted green olives, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Tofu Ranch Dip

  • 1 package of House Foods America Soft Tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
