Chocolatey Banana Tofu Pudding

Sweet flavors of bananas and chocolate mixed with cinnamon, vanilla and brown sugar. A perfect dessert or quick snack that’s kid friendly too.

Cooking Directions

  • Combine banana and tofu in blender or food processor. Add cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon and purée until smooth. Transfer to serving bowls or ramekins and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • 2 medium sized bananas, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
