Citrus Chili Marinated Grilled Tofu

Orange, lemon, and lime with a hint of sriracha marinades together with tofu and grilled to perfection.

Cooking Directions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange, lime and lemon juice with the chili, cilantro, sriracha paste, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt. Place the pressed tofu in a large zip lock bag, and pour the marinade over it. Marinade overnight.
  • Heat your grill over medium heat and brush well with olive oil. Place the tofu on the grill and grill both sides until well blackened, brushing some of the marinade on top every so often. Serve hot, right off the grill over a salad, pasta, or as a replacement in grilled meat dishes.

  • 1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Extra Firm, pressed, patted dry and sliced
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 serrano chili, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp. sriracha
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil for the grill, as needed
