Crab Scallion Tofu Spread

The tastiest spread with a delicate, light, and savory, crab and tofu for the extra boost of protein. The hint of cayenne adds the perfect touch.

Cooking Directions

  • Blend the tofu and cream cheese until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  • Transfer once smooth to a large bowl. Whisk in the tabasco, horseradish, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Fold in the crabmeat and scallions gently, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Spread generously onto the bagel halves (toasted, optional).

  • ½ pkg. House Foods Tofu Medium Firm
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 6 oz fresh lump crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. tabasco
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. finely sliced scallions
  • salt and pepper to taste
