Crustless Mini Pumpkin Pie

These easy-to-make mini pies are a perfect healthy dessert. With no added sugar, these mini pies get their sweetness from bananas and are made with just 5 simple ingredients.

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Divide batter into three 4oz. ramekins. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let them completely cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
