Easy Turkey Noodle Soup with Tofu Shirataki

A comforting light turkey noodle soup that will leave you comforted and satisfied. Warm broth with flavors of thyme and sage mixed with carrots, celery and onions.

Cooking Directions

  • Saute the onions, celery, and carrots with the canola oil in a large soup pot. Stir to combine and start to cool over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook until onions are translucent but not browning.
  • Add the thyme and sage and cook for 1-2 min.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 30 min.
  • Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package instructions.
  • When the soup is close to being ready to be served, add the turkey and let cook for 10 min.
  • Add in the noodles and heat an additional minute. Serve with chopped parsley.

  • 2 pkg. House Foods Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine shaped
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp. thyme
  • ½ tsp. dried sage
  • 2 (30oz) cans no salt added chicken broth
  • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
