Green Harissa Tofu Hummus

Cooking Directions

  • In a food processor puree tofu until smooth then add olive oil, lemon zest, juice, garlic, serranos, coriander and cumin.
  • Once ingredients are well combined add herbs and pulse a few more times, season with salt.
  • Cover and chill hummus in a refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.


  • 1 pkg. House Foods Firm Tofu, drained and pressed
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3½ Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 serranos, seeded
  • ½ tsp. ground coriander
  • ¼ tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
