In a food processor puree tofu until smooth then add olive oil, lemon zest, juice, garlic, serranos, coriander and cumin.
Once ingredients are well combined add herbs and pulse a few more times, season with salt.
Cover and chill hummus in a refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
