Heat up the barbecue or grill pan. Place each slice of pineapple and lay on hot grill. Cook the pineapple for about 3 minutes per side, just until grill marks are formed.
Grill the avocados by placing them face down on the grill. Grill for about 3 minutes until grill marks are formed.
Chop up all veggies, including the pineapple and avocado. Add everything to a large bowl.
Prepare Tofu Shirataki according to package instructions. Add noodles to the bowl and serve.
