Mixed Berry Tofu Smoothie

Refreshing and nutritious combination of tofu, strawberry and raspberry that's kid-approved and super easy to make!

Cooking Directions

  • Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve the smoothie in two glasses.

  • ½ pkg. House Foods Soft Tofu
  • 1⅓ cups orange juice
  • ⅔ cup soy milk
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. honey (add more if needed)
