In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, sour cream, cottage cheese, cinnamon, and raisins. Fold in the noodles. Place into a small casserole dish lined with nonstick cooking spray, or a little bit of melted butter. Mix together the bread crumbs, butter, and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly overtop the noodle kugel. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until browned and set. Allow to cool for ten minutes before serving.
