Spinach Noodle Bake

A creamy, comforting spinach noodle baked dish that’s perfect for a side or main meal.

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare noodles according to package directions below.
  • In non-stick, skillet, toss noodles over medium high heat until dry. Set aside.
  • In a bowl combine spinach, mushrooms, water chestnuts, onions and cheese. Fold in noodles.
  • Lightly grease a 1½-quart baking dish. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons. bread crumbs on the bottom of dish.
  • Spread spinach noodle mixture in dish.
  • Top with bread crumbs and onions.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. House Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen low-fat creamed spinach, (thawed)
  • ½ cup canned sliced mushrooms, (drained)
  • ½ cup canned water chestnuts (drained), chopped
  • ½ cup canned french-fried onions
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs with cheese

Toppings:

  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs with cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. canned french-fried onions
