Spinach Noodle Bake
A creamy, comforting spinach noodle baked dish that’s perfect for a side or main meal.

Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare noodles according to package directions below.
How to Prep Tofu Shirataki
In non-stick, skillet, toss noodles over medium high heat until dry. Set aside.
In a bowl combine spinach, mushrooms, water chestnuts, onions and cheese. Fold in noodles.
Lightly grease a 1½-quart baking dish. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons. bread crumbs on the bottom of dish.
Spread spinach noodle mixture in dish.
Top with bread crumbs and onions.
Bake 35 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.

½ cup canned sliced mushrooms, (drained)
½ cup canned water chestnuts (drained), chopped

2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs with cheese
