Tofu Shirataki Pumpkin Fettuccine

Creamy, cheesy pumpkin sauce tossed in shirataki fettuccine noodles; a comforting fall favorite.

Cooking Directions

  • Prepare Tofu Shirataki noodles.
  • Sauté garlic in pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add noodles, pumpkin, heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
  • Mix well and add salt and pepper. Top with parsley.


  • 1 pkg. House Foods Smart Noodle or Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • dash salt and pepper
