Tofu Tropical Freeze

Let the flavors of pineapple, mango, and banana take you on a tropical adventure with this refreshing dessert.

Cooking Directions

  • Place pineapple, banana and mango on a foiled lined rimmed baking sheet. Place fruit in freezer and freeze for 1 hour or until solid. Place frozen fruit in blender*. Add tofu, yogurt, agave and lime juice.
  • Start on low speed and increase until mixture is smooth and well blended. (At this stage you may serve it as a smoothie.) Remove foil from baking sheet and pour in mixture. Place in freezer for 30 to 45 minutes or until firm. Scoop into dessert dishes. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Serve immediately

**If you own a Vitamix, use the Frozen Dessert setting. May also be served as a smoothie right from the blender rather than freezing and serving as a dessert.

  • 1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Soft, drained
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh chopped mango
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. agave (adjust to your own desired sweetness)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • Fresh herbs, optional
