This recipe would be great as a post-workout refuel made with only 4 ingredients: Organic Extra Firm Tofu, Fresh Lime Juice, Monk Fruit Sugar or any sweetener of your choice, & Vanilla Extract. Did we mention this yogurt is Vegan?? A perfect plant-based yogurt alternative for anyone looking for some extra protein!

Cooking Directions

  • Add all the ingredients and blend all together until smooth
  • Top tofu yogurt with fruit and/ or granola to create a parfait
