Tropical Fruit Tart

Passionfruit, mango and coconut come together for a taste of tropical paradise

Cooking Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • In a food processor blend tofu, fruit puree, coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch.
  • Once mixture is smooth, add it to in pre-baked tart shell and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
  • Once done, remove from oven and refrigerate until completely chilled.
  • Decorate tart with sliced fruit, serve chilled

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg House Foods Soft Tofu
  • 2 cups mango puree
  • ½ cup passion fruit puree
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • pre-baked tart/pie shell
  • sliced fruit of choice for topping
