Sesame Peanut Shirataki Salad

Shirataki noodle salad mixed with carrots, bell pepper and cabbage dressed in a rich and creamy sesame peanut sauce.

Cooking Directions

For the sauce:

  • Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well. *Water may need to be added if sauce is too thick.

For the salad:

  • Prepare Tofu Shirataki according the package instructions. Cut into manageable size.
  • Combine noodles, carrots, bell pepper and cabbage in large bowl. Add green onion and cilantro. Toss salad with sauce and top with peanuts.


  • 2 pkgs. Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti or Smart Noodle Spaghetti,
  • ½ cup carrots, julienned
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup purple cabbage, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

For peanut sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium tamari
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • juice from 1 lime
  • dash red pepper flakes
  • chopped peanuts: optional
